Who we are & what we do
The Conferences & Events Office is open 7 days a week, from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm throughout the summer, and provides housing, dining, and meeting facilities to both internal and external conference groups. Over 5,000 conference participants visit Williams College during the summer and are hosted and served by the Williams Conferences & Events office.
Job Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and Williams College Van License from the Facilities Department are required for the position.
- Our jobs are physically demanding. We are seeking high energy people who can lift 40 pounds regularly, and are willing to work irregular hours (including evenings and weekends) in a hospitality business.
- All staff must be available to begin training on June 4 and able to work through August 18, 2012. (a few staff will be needed to work through August 21.)
- Hiring preference is given to current Williams College students who are financial aid recipients.
- Minimum age: 18.
